WILL I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT FOR THE WORKOUTS?
All the workouts can be done bodyweight, however there are some exercises that include use of small dumbbells and loop resistance bands (although these aren’t compulsory and can be done without).
WILL I BE SIGNED INTO A MONTHLY CONTRACT?
Absolutely not, this is a one time payment so no need to worry about monthly fees.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PLAN?
The plan is designed to work around you and your life but I suggest committing to 3-4 days of workouts in order to yield the best results. You only get out what you put in!
HOW DO I GET THE APP?
The app is available on ios and android and you will be guided on how to download this after you sign up. The plan then starts on the first Monday after you have signed up.
WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO BE AT?

WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET WITH NUTRITION?
I don’t believe on setting my clients on restrictive diet plans that they can’t sustain in the long term. I strongly focus on changing habits and an ‘everything in moderation’ mentality. This is about making changes and sustaining them for the long term not a quick fix approach. I suggest the use of tracking your food initially using the in-app food diary to hold yourself accountable. I do however provide a sample week’s meal plan with recipes aimed at fat loss purely to set you on the right track and provide inspiration.
